I have been working with Sandi and Jen (the owners) of In’I hair salon for years and the website has gone through an iterative growing process.

When Sandi and I started working together and planning out how the website was going to be it was quite refreshing to hear her and her stylists ideas of what her audience wanted to be able to be informed about. As I questioned them on different aspects of the business and their clientele it showed me that I knew very little about the hair salon industry and also how little they were aware of the internet possibilities.

I have thoroughly enjoyed and still do, working with In’I hair salon. They have allowed me the freedom to exercise sound judgement and supported me even when they did not fully understand what it was I was trying to explain until they saw the website built.

To watch a client surf around their website for the first time and interact with their content is a phenomenal feeling. I enjoy it everytime.
